Job Summary

Mor Dental Implant Center is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and patient-focused Surgical Coordinator to help manage the scheduling, communication, and day-to-day coordination of our All-on-X full-arch implant cases.

This role is ideal for someone who is strong on the phone, highly detail-oriented, comfortable with patient follow-up and scheduling, and able to keep multiple moving parts organized at once. This person will play a key role in both bringing new patients into the practice and guiding existing surgical patients through the treatment process from consult to final delivery.

The right candidate must be confident communicating with patients, comfortable discussing treatment and medical billing at a high level, and able to help present the value of our practice, our process, and our surgical services.

What You’ll Do

Patient Communication & New Patient Scheduling

  • Answer incoming calls from prospective and current patients

  • Speak with new patient leads and help convert inquiries into scheduled consultations

  • Follow up with leads through phone calls, texts, and CRM workflows

  • Use the GoHighLevel dashboard and other systems to manage and track patient communication

  • Answer patient questions regarding the practice, the treatment process, and how medical billing may help reduce out-of-pocket costs

  • Confidently communicate the value of the practice, the doctor, and the patient experience

  • Help educate prospective patients on why our practice is different and why they should schedule with us

Surgical Scheduling & Case Coordination

  • Schedule consultations, records appointments, surgical guide appointments, surgeries, post-op visits, interim deliveries, and final deliveries

  • Coordinate case flow to ensure patients are placed into the correct appointment sequence

  • Work closely with the doctor, surgical team, anesthesia team, and treatment coordinator to ensure all appointments are properly prepared

  • Help manage the surgical schedule for efficiency and accuracy

  • Confirm upcoming appointments and maintain communication with patients throughout treatment

Administrative & Logistical Coordination

  • Ensure all charts, documents, patient paperwork, and surgical materials are ready for upcoming appointments

  • Coordinate and collect necessary paperwork for anesthesiology and surgery-related needs

  • Help ensure routers, patient call lists, and next-day schedules are prepared for the doctor and team

  • Oversee appointment readiness, including printed materials, records, and coordination of interim/final prosthetic workflow

  • Help ensure internal team members are aligned and prepared for each stage of treatment

  • Assist with general administrative and logistical responsibilities related to surgical case management

Marketing / Follow-Up Support

  • Assist with follow-up efforts on unscheduled leads and pending patients

  • Re-engage prospective patients who have expressed interest but have not yet booked

  • Support practice growth by helping improve response times, communication, and conversion of leads into appointments

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a dental office required

  • Previous surgical coordinator, treatment coordinator, oral surgery, implant, prosthodontic, or high-level scheduling experience preferred

  • Experience with full-arch, implant, oral surgery, or complex case scheduling is strongly preferred

  • Strong phone communication and patient relationship skills

  • Comfortable discussing treatment processes and helping patients move forward

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Able to manage multiple cases, appointments, and moving pieces at once

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to keep tasks from falling through the cracks

  • Experience with CRM systems, scheduling software, and patient communication tools preferred

  • GoHighLevel experience is a plus

  • Hours may vary based on patient schedule and surgical needs

Pay

  • Compensation based on experience

  • Bonus or incentive structure may be available for the right candidate

Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
